This Stage 1 4L80E diesel transmission is designed for GM diesel-powered trucks and
vans used in towing, plowing, hauling, and general work-duty service.
This build focuses on durability, proper clutch holding capacity, and stable shift
control for diesel torque output rather than high-RPM performance.
This is not a stock rebuild.
This is a heavy-duty diesel transmission built for work.

Vehicle Fitment & Core Selection
Fits GM vehicles originally equipped with the 4L80E diesel automatic
from 1991–2009, including 6.2L and 6.5L diesel applications.
The correct transmission core is selected and built based on vehicle year,
engine configuration, drivetrain, and intended use.
