Our 65RFE and 66RFE automatic transmissions are professionally remanufactured for dependable OE-style performance, proper shift quality, and long-term durability. Each transmission is completely disassembled, cleaned, inspected, updated, assembled, and tested before shipment.
Build Includes:
- All applicable industry and OE updates
- New internal electronics
- New seals, gaskets, sealing rings, and wear items
- New bushings installed in critical locations to restore proper fluid control and pressure
- Remanufactured pump inspected and updated to restore proper line pressure, lubrication, and fluid flow
- Remanufactured valve body with applicable hydraulic corrections and recalibration updates
- Updated pressure regulation and accumulator circuits where applicable
- Transmission recalibrated to improve shift quality and clutch holding capacity
- Internal clutch packs and friction elements inspected and replaced as required during the remanufacturing process
- End play, clutch clearances, and critical hydraulic specifications checked during assembly
- Remanufactured torque converter included
Remanufactured Torque Converter:
The included torque converter is remanufactured and inspected for proper operation, leaks, concentricity, and balance. Applicable updates are incorporated to help address common OE wear and durability concerns.
